am abend hatte uns katja, eine junge frau aus der tobolsker clique, zu sich in den plattenbau eingeladen. hier wurde richtig aufgetafelt nach russischer sitte. es gab pelmeni und jede menge anderer leckerei. sie lebt in einer 3 raumwohnung im 8. stock bei den eltern. wir ließen es uns schmecken und verbrachten einen tollen abend bei katja. vielen dank an katja für den besten abend in tobolsk bisher!

Der kleine Stör hat keine Gräten und sehr festes Fleisch. Er wird in Streifen geschnitten und roh angeboten. Nicht jedermanns Sache - aber ich fand es sehr köstlich.
